Integration to Rally Assigns a Resource to the Project

Issue/Introduction

Using the legacy Integration between Clarity and Rally when the Sync Agile Central Job runs it assigns a specific resource to Clarity projects and staffing. Is there a way to prevent this resource from getting added to projects when the sync job runs?

Resolution

The Sync job lookup logic uses username and the email mapped to username. When same email is mapped to multiple usernames the job assigns the users to the project staff as a participant.
