When a new feature is added that includes a Scheduled Job, the job should not be visible to users in UI unless the feature is enabled.
For REFRESH_RESOURCE_DIRECTORY this is currently an issue.
The Clarity admin can enable the feature however this also makes the job execute as scheduled. If they don't want to enable the feature then there is an error when opening the job.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Expected Results: The job should not be visible to users in Home – Scheduled Jobs. Once the feature is enabled, the job should be marked as visible
Actual Results: One or more instances of a scheduled job are visible to the user, if they click on it, it throws and error NJS-0100: Job not found.
