Issue/Introduction

Steps per article 'UIM snmpcollector templates are not updating' were applied to resolve an issue where snmpcollector profiles are not displaying the correct status for Alarms enabled in templates but the threshold.cache.zip is not being created

Environment

baseline_engine 20.45

snmpcollector 4.12 and 4.13 

Resolution

1. Upgrade baseline_engine to 23.4+

2. Upgrade snmpcollector to 4.15+
