Issue/Introduction

Can these operating system compatibility APARS be applied ahead of time? Or, do we need to wait and apply them at the same time the operating system is actually upgraded?

Resolution

These z/OS operating system compatibility apars for Dispatch are DOWNWARD compatible to lesser operating system releases. They can be applied ahead of time, even if you have not yet upgraded your operating system.
