DX UIM on Azure PaaS Managed SQL supported authentication

Issue/Introduction

Can we install DX UIM on Azure Paas DB using Microsoft Entra Authentication? 

Is DX UIM Certified for being installed on Azure PaaS Managed SQL via SQL authentication only? 

Environment

DX UIM 20.4CU5 and later Patches/ 23.4.*

Cause

Resolution

As per Azure PaaS Managed SQL, you can use the Azure PaaS Managed SQL Instance or Azure SQL Database as the DX UIM database.

However, only SQL Authentication is certified.
