Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Verify that DHCP is correctly configured on the Edge interface. Make sure the configuration follows the instructions in the Admin Guide.
Ensure that there are no other DHCP servers in the same network where the client is located. If multiple DHCP servers exist on the same network, unexpected IP addresses may be assigned. When using the Edge as the DHCP server, please confirm that there are no other DHCP servers in the same network.
Perform a packet capture on the Edge interface. Use the Edge's diagnostic tools to capture packets and verify that DHCP packets from the client are reaching the Edge and that an IP address is being returned from the Edge.
