Customer has left the partner but still the partner is able to see unused SP within customer environment in the last/transition month.

Our customer has left the partner and the partner has disconnected them from CloudHealth (the IAM role was deleted).
When looking in the dashboard and filter by customer name and choose Daily interval, unused SP cost was still visible.
Partner has also deleted the Billing Block in the beginning of the month.
The unused SP cost is expected in the transition month, in cases where the customer is no longer with the partner. We have been advising partners to manually exclude the unused SP when billing for final month.
