Issue/Introduction

In situations where a customer has left the partner and the partner has disconnected them from CloudHealth (the IAM role was deleted), the Daily interval still shows unused SP cost.

This can occur even if the Partner has also deleted the Billing Block in the beginning of the month.

Resolution

The unused SP cost is expected in the transition month, in cases where the customer is no longer with the partner.  It is advised that partners manually exclude the unused SP when billing for final month.
