IDAETERR80 after Ideal/DB2 15.1 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Ideal/DB2 got upgraded from version 15.0 to 15.1 .

All Ideal applications running in dynamic mode now fail with 

IDAETERR80 - Plan module not found and Dynamic SQL=NO in plan

Cause

Wrong plan name coded for version 15.1 

Resolution

Code plan name IDP151DV in the CICS RCT entries for the transactions.
