Issue/Introduction

Alerts coming from APM with the "ALL" combination do not have an entity to be added to services in DX-O2.

Resolution

We don't have such capability in DX Platform On-Premise 24.1, However, this capability exists in DX Platform On-Premise 24.2 HF1 and later

Alternate approach:

-Create a filter to show the correct information

- Create and save alarm queue. Uncheck box to make it private. (Must be public.) 

- In the service definition, scroll down to "Service -- enable alarm queue filter rules."

- Set for all alarms
