Issue/Introduction

Migrating from Portal 5.0 to 5.2 , on apim tenant that there are no applications migrated.

did migrate the APIS and other Organizations and users but seems like are not allowing to create api keys, therefore APIS are not able to deploy.

This does not allow customer to run other apis generated by customer in 5.0 version.

Environment

API Developer Portal 5.0 to 5.2 version

Cause

The Portal deployer is not processing messages

Resolution

1. Execute data migration with cr2.1 version.

caapim/apim-portal-migration:5.0.cr2.1

note : The cr2.1 has the LAC license fix.

2. Import of the root certificate on Portal Gateway.

3. There was also a point where restarting the gateway resulted in it connecting properly to Portal's MQ
which we suspect served to help refresh the certificates that were (re)loaded onto that cluster.

4. We proceed to manually update api’s status by database’s script.
