Issue/Introduction

We are not able to find multiple processes for single server in process monitoring of application services. We are able to find single service for single server.

Resolution

The following legacy issues should be fixed next version of probe release :-

• The "Process not started, max starts reached" alarm will not clear when the "Track processes by process identifier" and "Monitor each process instance" options are set.
• The "Process not started, max starts reached" alarm will not clear if "On Action" is unchecked and a start action is configured.
• Relevant process checks would be attempted once for each interval, for the number of intervals as configured in the 'Maximum Retry' field, instead of retry the number of times configured during the same (first) interval itself
