What does this error mean when attempting to add a new customer?

We were unable to process your request due to the following issues:

  • Company name already exists

Resolution

This error will be returned if a customer with the same name already exists. Please search your customer list to check if this is the case.

If no results are returned within your current customer list, there may be a previously deleted record in a soft-deleted state. Please reach out to support for further assistance.
