Spectrum Data Publisher with AlarmFIlter fails to send alarms with HTTP 500 error

Issue/Introduction

The Spectrum Data Publisher fails to start when an AlarmFilter is configured in the $SDP/ConnectorConfig.xml file with a HTTP 500 error message:

025-01-06 02:12:37,732 ERROR [HttpResponseHandler] [handleResponse] - HTTP response- Url : https://<OCSERVER>:8443/spectrum/restful/subscription , error code: 500 , message: 

Cause

The AlarmFilter that was configured in the $SDP/ConnectorConfig.xml file was not created as the same user that was configured for the Spectrum Data Publisher.

Resolution

There are two options to resolve this issue. 

1. Login to Spectrum OneClick as the Spectrum user that was configured in the  Spectrum Data Publisher and create the Alarm FIlter as that user.

2. Run ./run.sh update to update the configuration for the Spectrum Data          Publisher to use the Spectrum User that created the original Alarm Filter.
