Kafka Agents disconnecting intermittently. In the IntroscopeAgent.logs, we are seeing messages like below:
There are close to 9000 agents connected in our tenant without any problem. Can you specifically tell us what's the difference between disallowed mode and allowed mode?

So, an agent can be in a state where it starts up but does not show up in the Metric Browser/Investigator. This is a disallowed state.and denied to connect to the EM. Eventually , it should return to an allowed state
There are a variety of reasons that this can happen such as clamps, version incompatibilities
