Detail Flyout is missing Navigation Arrow to cycle through Modules

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Login to Classic UI.
2. Navigate to Administration -> Objects.
3. Create a Sub Object under the project object. Let's name it Sub Object Level 1(Api Enabled)
4. Create another sub object Sub Object Level 2 T1 under Sub object created in Step 3.(Api Enabled)
5. Repeat Step 4 for 6-7 times so that we have 6-7 level 2 sub objects.(Api Enabled)
6. Navigate to Modern UX.
7. Create a copy of the default blueprint and add the Sub Object Level 1 to Project Blueprint.
8. Click on Sub Object Level 1 and ensure that "Show in Details Flyout" is enabled.
9. Click on "Edit module details". Under modules select all the Level 2 Sub objects created in step 4,5.
10. Publish the blueprint and associate it to a project.
11. navigate to the project and Modeul "Sub Object Level 1", create an instance.
12. Click on the details flyout.

Expected Results :- Details flyout is shown with the Details Module first and depending on the size of the details pane a navigation arrow is shown to cycle through the modules.
Actual Results :- Details flyout is shown but the navigation arrow is missing.
