Resolution

Policy Server Repository can either be Policy Store, Key Store, or Session Store (User store separated). During failover and failback the SMPS log outputs the type #x – cross reference for Store types

Policy Store: [smldaputils.cpp:1029][INFO][sm-Server-04410] Failing back LDAP store type #0 to server 'server1.mysite.com:1389'.
Key Store:  [smldaputils.cpp:1029][INFO][sm-Server-04410] Failing back LDAP store type #1 to server ' server1.mysite.com:1389'.

What is type #0 and type #1?

Type is referring to store type the possible values:

Policy store 0
Key store 1
Session store 2
Number of stores 3
