Issue/Introduction

• Check the df -h command to validate if the common directory is full

Resolution

• cd into the common directory and validate if you have this file:
  /common/tmp/postgresExport/pg_data.out
• If you do have the file, take a snapshot on the TCA Manager
• Delete or move the file to another mount point
• Restart TCA Manager
