Issue/Introduction

Does Siteminder support a Group Password Policy in AD (Active Directory)? If so, how to point the Policy server to use the group policy?

Environment

Component: CA Siteminder
Environment: Applicable to all the supported releases

Resolution

Siteminder through AD integration will only check against the Default Domain password policy of the Active Directory.

AD (Active Directory) Group password policies are not supported by the product.
