Description Field is no longer resizable in xFlow

Issue/Introduction

Since xFlow 17.4.2 description field (html_description) is no longer resizable. It shows HTML options but is not resizable like in 17.4 RU1 and previous versions

Environment

xFlow 17.4 RU2 and RU3

Cause

Defect with xFlow 17.4 RU2 and RU3

Resolution

This issue is resolved in 17.4 RU4 which has an ETA for April 2025 (Subject to change).
