Issue/Introduction

 Provide a less-intrusive mechanism for altering UMA/Java Agent configurations (ie. environment variable or annotation based solutions) . In other words, an option to handle this solution (pbd changes) through env variable/annotation instead of modifying the deployment.yaml through UMA.
