Post Upgrade 16.2.3 Selection Of Multiple Lookup Values Gives Error API-1013 For Certain Characters

Issue/Introduction

Upon selecting parameterized lookup values that have certain characters in the names:

The corresponding red banner message displays to the user:

Example1 - test	API-1013 : Invalid filter string '(( id in ('Example1 '. Each expression must start and end with parentheses and must have attributeName, operator and value.
Example2 & Example3	API-1013 : Invalid filter string '(( id in ('Example2 '. Each expression must start and end with parentheses and must have attributeName, operator and value.

Cause

Resolution

Fixed in Clarity 16.3.1

The workaround is to navigate to Modern > Administration > Feature Toggles >
Disable feature: 'Drop-Down List Column Labels'
Refresh and reattempt the lookup value selections.
