Not Able to update the git repo on the salt master using salt-run fileserver.update commands

Issue/Introduction

After running salt-run fileserver.update command the cache on the salt-master is not updated. 

Environment

salt-master all version

Resolution

• Delete the git cache,
• Restart the salt-maser,
• Recreate the git repo
• Check to see if the files have updated
