Unable to access Aria Operations by using AD/LDAP authetication source

Issue/Introduction

When you try to log in to Aria Operation User Interface, using AD/LDAP credentials will show this error : Invalid Credentials

Environment

Aria Operations 8.X

Resolution

• For version below 8.16.X

Go to Administration-> Authentication sources

• If the version is 8.17.x and above 

Go to Administration

--> Control Panel, and then click the Authentication Source title.

• Check If Aria Operations, is using the correct, Domain/Subdomain, user name, and password
• Test connection, then press Ok.
