CA Privileged Access Manager (PAM)

Issue/Introduction

It may occur that in a CA PAM system with a Threat Analytics Server (TA), one wants to gracefully remove the TA server

This article confirms how to do it

Resolution

TA removal is very simple: just open CA PAM and go to Configuration. Therein navigate the Symantec Modules and therein to Threat Analytics

A page will open with the current Threat Analytics settings. At the bottom of the page there is a Clear button

Hit that button. That removes the TA server from CA PAM. Once you log off an back into CA PAM, the TA server will have disappeared from the Dashboard as well
