Issue/Introduction
A Request for uploading VeloCloud Edge (VCE) GA Image/software on VCO
Environment
VCE (VeloCloud Edge)
Cause
Request of uploading new Image would be required for various reasons including fixing bugs or leveraging new feature or using supported version or testing.
Resolution
This action should be done through Ops team by creating a case with VeloCloud Support in order for aligning with Ops team to check and validate the environment if the requested upgrade can be done, below is steps and sequence to follow when you have similar request :
1- Check Release Note website and confirm that your setup is matching the compatibility table
2- Create a case with Support
2- Wait for validation and approval
3- Support will work with Ops team to upload the GA image
4- Support will update the requester that upload was done after completion
Additional Information
Need to bear in mind that in some case, Ops team will not be able upload the requested Image after checking the compatibility matrix between edge version and VCG/VCO version, as it might have a case where VCG image is lower than requested Edge image or is not verified/support by testing team.

And review the Compatibility table to validate firstly if the needed image validated/supported with the current used image of VCO/VCG/Edge in your setup:
