How to raise a request for upgrading dedicated VCO/VECO ( VeloCloud Orchestrator) or VCG/PG (VeloCloud gateway/Partner Gateway) which are managed by VeloCloud OPS team.

VCG/PG (VeloCloud gateway/Partner Gateway)
Upgrade would be required for various reasons including fixing bugs or leveraging new feature or using supported version
1- Open a case with Support
2- Support team will work with the OPS team to find a suitable Maintenance window slot.
3- Agree with Support on proposal time for upgrade
4- Upgrade will be done by VeloCloud OPS team
5- Support will update the requester that upgrade was done after completion
If you have a dedicated SAM / TAM / Designated Support Engineer, please engage them to plan the upgrade.
This process should be done through Ops team by creating a case with VeloCloud Support in order for aligning with Ops team to check and validate the environment if the requested upgrade can be done
