Issue/Introduction
In Identity Manager, while adding and/or removing an administrator from a Provisioning Role triggers a global user creation, which should not happen.
Environment
IM 14.5.1 on RHEL 8.4
Cause
The IDM creates a global user when Adding and/or removing an administrator from a Provisioning Role. It should not create a global user (IMPS).
Resolution
The Engineering Team has provided a fix for this issue.
