Issue/Introduction

Health badge metric of the business applications shows "?".

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x

Resolution

1. For any of the Business Application objects, verify the last published metric by changing the metric selection time range

2. Check the Container Adapter status. Here are the steps:

a. Go to Inventory > Filter by Adapter Instances > Select the Container Adapter Instance.

b. Check the Collection State and Status.

c. If it is stopped, start it. After starting, check if the metrics are being collected.

3. Once the collection starts for the Container Adapter Instance, the health badge will start working as expected.
