After upgrade of Spectrum, noticed the following error: */Spectrum/SS/Modules/libmapvss.dll not loaded : Module version 23.3.4.0.8 is not compatible

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded Spectrum, running on windows and are now seeing this error in the SCP and in the VNM.OUT log

Environment

Spectrum 24.3.3

Upgraded from 23.3.4

Cause

This library is no longer in use in 23.3.3+

The upgrade should have removed it, but did not.

Resolution

A defect has been opened to fix this.

Workaround: move the libmapvss.dll file out of the Modules directory and restart the SS.

Additional Information

This issue only happens on Windows, the upgrade does remove the file on linux systems.
