OI-connector configuration issue

Issue/Introduction

Tried installing the OI connector for NetOps and found an issue in the config.xml.  The URL for the gateway has a port number (80) appended.  This does not work with https and timeout occurs.  Changing or removing the port causes an error.

Resolution

Installation of 3.19 OI-connector resolved gateway port issue.
