Change in product slug for TAS: 'cf' has been removed in favour of 'elastic-runtime'

Issue/Introduction

TAS had previously 2 product slug: 'cf' and 'elastic-runtime'. As part of the Tanzu Network to Broadcom’s Customer Support Portal Transition, 'cf' has been removed in favour of 'elastic-runtime'.

Resolution

From now on only 'elastic-runtime' can be used as product slug to interact with the API.
