Why DX O2 show a different role than SAML?

Resolution

For SAML we do thin provisioning of user and custom role users you will see only 'User' role will be displayed in UI this is the existing behavior
Feature honoring will be based on custom role features only

 

If you click on the username, then you will see the custom role assigned to the user listed in the combobox. Should be listing 'Operador CC'.

Additional Information

The listing shows their roles.  Users is a generic name for a role.  In your screenshot, the type of 'Federated' is shown, so is a SAML tenant.  Because multiple roles can be associated with a userid based upon their LDAP/SAML group membership, the Users is listed for roles.  If the user is having groups matching an OOTB role of TenantAdmin, then that is a specific role and can be shown in the listing.  They either do not having Power User configured, or don't have any users in the listing you've shown, but if they had a user matching Power User then that OOTB role name would be shown for those users as well.
