Added dataset to SAR database shows DSORG as PS-L rather than DA

Issue/Introduction

After adding space to SAR database, one dataset shows the dsorg as PS-L, all the others are DA.  

Resolution

Because the cylinder allocation is above 4,369 cylinders, the data sets are to be allocated as physical sequential data sets due to IBM restrictions.
There shouldnt be any problems with View.
