discovery_server shows the error " Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_CM_COMPUTER_SYSTEM_ORIGIN'"

Issue/Introduction

Discovery_server.log shows the below error:

Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_CM_COMPUTER_SYSTEM_ORIGIN'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CM_COMPUTER_SYSTEM_ORIGIN'. The duplicate key value is (CS_ID,  Hub_name).

• DX UIM 23.4 CU2 / CU3
• discovery_server 23.4 CU2 / CU3

A discovery_server patch attached to this article fixes this issue. 
Attached there are 2 discovery_server packages. Deploy the correct one for your DX UIM Cumulative Update (CU):

• If running DX UIM 20.4.2 (CU2)
  Download, import to archive and deploy to the primary hub the following package:  
  discovery_server_23.42T1.zip
  
  
  
• If running DX UIM 20.4.3 (CU2) 
  Download, import to archive and deploy to the primary hub the following package:  
  discovery_server _23.43T1.zip

Additional Information

In some cases the issue could be related to Origin override set for one or more of the robots.

Origin override is located on controller> Setup> Advanced tab
