Resolution
As per the Debian announcement,

The DLA 3935-1 has been fixed in version 0.51+deb11u7.
The November MPP of Debian 11.0 (Layer7_API_PlatformUpdate_64bit_v11.0-Debian-2024-11-24.L7P) includes,
distro-info-data_0.51+deb11u7_all.deb
So, apply the November MPP or later will fix the issue.
PS: Command to verify the version of distro-info-data,
apt list --installed|grep distro
