Deep Clean Delete Devices Status shows In Progress even if Completed or Failed

Issue/Introduction

When using Deep Clean in Operator console, the "Status" is incorrect for the stage points of a device. "In Progress" may be listed for failed, or completed processes:

To resolve the issue upgrade to DX UIM 23.4.6 (CU6) or later CU

 

NOTE:

If upgrade to CU6 or later is not possible, fixes for this specific issue are present in CU2 and CU3: 

• For DX UIM 23.4.2 (CU2)
  Download and deploy to the OC server the fix:
  ump_operatorconsole-23.4.2.1-20250116.191906-18.zip
  
  
• For DX UIM 23.4.3 (CU3)
  Download and deploy to the OC server the fix:
   ump_operatorconsole-23.4.3.1-20250224.101742-7.zip
