cdm probe continuously restarts after enabling Disk IO Monitors (Enhanced) MCS profiles (iostat metrics)

Issue/Introduction

Disk IO Monitors (Enhanced) MCS profiles were enabled on a robot to monitor iostat metrics and now the cdm probe continuously restarts.

The following entry is captured over and over in the cdm.log

cdm: calling syssyat
cdm: The sysstat version is outdated, probe will not populate Latency Metrics
cdm: ****************[ Starting ]****************
cdm: cdm 7.xx

Environment

Any cdm probe version on RHEL 9.x servers

Resolution

This is sometimes seen when the server where the cdm probe is installed is missing the sysstat package

To resolve the issue, install sysstat package on the server followed by a restart of the cdm probe.
