when selecting service encountering 500 internal Server Error

Issue/Introduction
when selecting service encountering 500 (internal Server Error) after making modification to a subservice.
Trying to disable a subservice by removing all the selected inventory. After this started getting 500 internal Server Error.
Resolution
Seems like the issue was related to O2 Universe where subservice was not part of the Universe,
