icmp probe devices removed from OC inventory with deep clean reappear in OC

Issue/Introduction

After removing several sources in Operator Console inventory that were monitored via the icmp probe they are reappearing in the Operator Console

Version: 23.4 CU2
Component: Operator Console inventory

Resolution

Resolved in CU3.

Additional Information

Logic was changed such that the device will not be removed from the Operator Console inventory until the respective mcs profile is updated/removed.
