Certificates are not put in place with nimldr infrastructure install with local file

Issue/Introduction

Tunnel is not working because the certificates were not written correctly during an infrastructure install with tunnel using nimldr with the local file option. The ../nimsoft/hub/certs folder is empty.

Environment

Version: 23.4
Component: nimldr

Cause

Defect in nimldr.

Resolution

A workaround to this currently is to type in 'skip' at the following question in the nimldr process:

What is the IP address of the host running a Nimsoft Hub?
Note: Required for Configuration Reader Service, Enter 'skip' if not needed.

This will be included in the 23.4 CU4 release.
