After the upgrade to 16.3.0, users are unable to complete all fields in a page section, without having to navigate back to the section.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Login as user1
2. Create an Idea from Template
which has many sections that contain many fields
3. Manually start the Idea Approval Process which generates an Action Item instance
4. Login as user2, the Action Item recipient
5. Navigate to My Workspace > Action Items > Open
6. Login as user1 to fill out the Idea sections
7. Navigate to My Workspace > Action Items > Open
Click on the idea instance > Properties
8.Collapse all sections and go to a section that contains multiple fields needing data to be populated.
9. Start filling out fields.
Actual: User2 is not able to answer all the fields without interruption.
After populating initial fields in the section, the section disappears.
Refreshing the page or navigating away from it allows user to continue
but issue continues until all fields are populated.
This issue affects productivity/usability
Expected: User2 is able to answer all fields of the section.
Before the upgrade, this was not an issue.
