Support to CXF Web Services - NIM SM CA Normalized Integration Management

Issue/Introduction

Currently CA NIM SM is using the Axis-based web services to connect to the CA Service Desk Manager product. However, the support to this technology will be dropped by June 30, 2025 and replaced by the CXF Web Services.

Does CA NIM SM support the CXF Web Services?

Resolution

Currently the integration of NIM-CA SDM is happening via AXIS based web services.

The migration from Axis  to CXF for the CA SDM integration is in the CA NIM roadmap for future implementation.
