Incorrect Application Delete Audit Logs Event

Issue/Introduction

In some instance, Portal Audit Logs displays an incorrect username who has deleted an application.

Environment

API Portal 5.2.2

Cause

This because portal incorrectly picked the last user who modified this application instead of the actually deleted user.

Resolution

This was a bug in Portal 5.2.2 and later was fixed in Portal 5.2.3 .
