Service Point shows only 100 tickets in Open/Close ticket list even though the number of the tickets are over 100. Does it work by design? Is there a way to change the number of ticket displayed in Service Point?

It works by design not to display more than 100 tickets in Service Point.
Service Point is an end-user interface and it is very unlikely to have more than 100 tickets for a given end user. Therefore, the pagination for the ticket list is not implemented. If the end user needs to see older tickets that are not displayed in the list, please search for them by providing the Summary or Category in the "Filter Criteria".
