MUX - Timesheet cell on the initial single click does not have focus causing hours to be put in wrongly.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to fill new timesheet, first single click selects the cell but no focus and as you try to type number for example 7.5, after putting 7 it will get highlighted but then since highlighted anything you put after that is erased.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to MUX->Timesheets
2. Either try to populate your own timesheet or for some other resource
3. As you attempt to single click on cell and put hours on the first mouse click of let's say 7 it will put 7 and at the same time highlight it so anything else you put after that will be erased.
For example when trying to put 7.5 hours you may end up with 0.50

Expected Results: it should allow user to type in 7.5 hours.

Actual Results: it's overwriting initial value which user typed.

Resolution

DE157822, Fixed in 16.3.2.

Workaround: Double click on the cell to input the hours.
