org.jboss.netty.handler.codec.http.websocketx.WebSocketHandshakeException: not a WebSocket handshake request: missing upgrade
Cause
Resolution
Review the "Connection specific high frequency logs" for the connection number referenced. Note the "RemoteHostAndPort" value and confirm if the IP address is for the Enforce system.
If the Enforce system did not make this connection, no further action is required.
