Adaptive EAR Rules are not generated automatically

Issue/Introduction

No Adaptive EAR Rules appear to be created in the SES tenant. When viewing events, common events do not appear to trigger the creation of Adatpive EAR Rules.
Does this feature automatically generate rules for noisy events within the environment?

Resolution

Adaptive EAR Rules will be created automatically on occasion of a particularly noisy rule, but it is not a predicable process and is handled on the backend within the SES Infrastructure.
