Clarity Modern UI not working from a specific location

Issue/Introduction

• Clarity Modern UX is in use
• It is however, inaccessible from a specific location
• A browser network trace shows certain REST API calls getting blocked with HTTP response code 403 - Forbidden. The 'Preview' window of these requests shows 'This transfer is blocked by a web application firewall'.

Cause

• Firewall blocking certain HTTP requests.

Resolution

• Work with the network team to resolve this issue.
