Issue/Introduction

The confirmation code sent via voice (phone) has several problems:

hard to understand.

read as a word and not spelled letter-by-letter

capital / small letters not distinguished

Resolution

A fix has been deployed in the Production ASM. 

There are 3 improvements:

the code consists of digits only as the voice cannot spell "capital A" or "small A"
the code is read digit by digit
the whole message is repeated 3 times
