Issue/Introduction

NFS file systems metrics are not displayed for Red Hat (RHEL) 9.x robots even though 'NFS Space Check' option in Default Disk(s) (Enhanced) MCS profile.

Using IM to configure a cdm probe that has been pushed down via an MCS profile is not supported, but the configuration can be viewed from IM to see the issue there.

Note the NA(s) highlight in the screen shot here.

The cdm.cfg is missing the the nfs_space_check=yes  key under the disk->alarm->fixed-> <%nfsmountshare%> section

Environment

Robot version: 23.4.1
OS: RHEL 9.x
Component: cdm mcs profile

Resolution

1. Upgrade the robot to 23.4.2 that is available with UIM 23.4.2 (aka 23.4 CU2) or version 23.4.2.2 available in the DX Unified Infrastructure Management - Cumulative Updates & Patches page

2. Deactivate and Activate the configuration_reader_service on the hub that the robot reports to resync the Default Disk(s) (Enhanced) MCS profile.

3. After several poll cycles validate that NFS filesystems metrics are displayed for the robot
